• Merchandise must be post marked for return within 30 days from the date the merchandise was received.
• Merchandise must not be used or altered.
• All tags on the merchandise must remain attached.
• Invoices, warranty information, shipping receipts or any other documentation included with the merchandise must be returned with the merchandise.
iQ optics does not accept COD returns.
iQ optics will not pay for return shipping.
• A refund will be administered through the customer's original method of payment once merchandise is returned to iQ optics Customer Service and meets all required return policy criteria.
• Original shipping and handling charges will not be included in the refund.
